Mukkabaaz is a Hindi movie directed by Anurag Kashyap and produced under the banner Colour Yellow Productions. The film stars Vineeth Kumar, Zoya, Jimmy Sheirgill amongst an ensemble cast. Vineeth Kumar, who has worked with Anurag Kashyap on three films, ‘Gangs Of Wasseypur,’ ‘Ugly,’ and ‘Murabba,’ is the lead while Jimmy Sheirgill is the main antagonist. The film is a fictitious tale of the life of a boxer. Mukkebaaz is entirely set in the city of Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh and is based on the story of a boxer from who falls in love with a Brahmin girl. Anurag Kashyap's last film Raman Raghav 2.0 was a commercial failure. The movie was played at MAMI film festival.
