The story seems decent on paper, but it's the clichéd execution that lets the film down. While Trisha's scenes are adequately written, no other character has been etched out properly. Yogi Babu's comedy is ineffective except for a few one-liners. The romantic track between Trisha and Jackky appears forced. The climax of the film reminds us of a couple of successful horror flicks that released a few years ago. The film is way too predictable, and apart from Trisha's effort and the cinematography, Mohini doesn't have much to offer. Read full review

Trisha as Mohini has done justice to her character in a film that is ambitious to do something new in the horror genre. Predictable storyline and lack of entertainment takes away Mohini’s X factor. Read full review
