Manjhi, a Ketan Mehta directive is a biographical film based on the life story of Dashrath Manjhi, also Famously know as the ‘Mountain Man’. Dashrath Manjhi was historical in the pavement of a road for the ease of access to medical aid, by carving a road from the mountain, on his own. Manjhi was ridiculed for his unfathomable idea, but after a back breaking 22 years he was successful in making a path 360 feet long, 25 feet deep. Radhika Apte characterised as the wife of Darshath, Phaguniya Devi. The role of Darshath is played by Navazuddin Siddiqu.
