Actor Deepak Kumar is bored with being cast as the romantic hero. Pulled over for drink-driving one day, he encounters brave, upstanding Inspector Karan Joglekar, who agrees to let Kumar shadow him as research for a role as a cop, but when Joglekar's brother is killed by a crime boss, Kumar finds himself in a world where the bullets are all too real.
