L2 Empuraan, the second film in the Lucifer series, is anticipated as an action thriller. Serving as both a prequel and a sequel to the 2019 film Lucifer, it is directed by Prithviraj Sukumaran, who also reprises his role as Zayed Masood. The screenplay is crafted by actor-director Murali Gopy and Manju Warrier.
