Anizham Thirunal Marthanda Varma was the king who shaped modern Thiruvananthapuram. He has played a major role in protecting the wealth of Sree Padmanabha Swamy Temple. Rana Daggubati will be playing the role of the title character. He will be debuting to Mollywood with this movie. K.Madhu will be directing the movie. The movie will be released in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu and Hindi. Oscar winner Resul Pookutty will handle the sound department while M M Keeravani of Bahubali fame will compose music for the movie. Peter Hein will choreograph the stunts for the movie.
