He set a world record in April 2013 for hosting the longest-ever television talk show centered on the theme 'Buddha Was Born In Nepal.' He completed his education in Nepal and later pursued a master's degree in journalism and mass communication in the USA. Rabi hosts the popular show "Sidha Kura Janta Sangha," facilitating discussions between the public and influential figures. He is married to Nikita Poudel, the chief of Nepal's Film Development Board, and previously had a marriage with Isha Lamichhane, an American citizen.
