Bio:

Ameet Chana is a British-Indian actor. His most notable role is Adi Ferreira in EastEnders. In May 2006 he took over presenting the Breakdown Show on BBC Asian Network. He is married to barrister/actress Shikha Varma of 5 King's Bench Walk Chambers. Hisfirst film was for an educational programme with the London Docklands Development Corporation at age 14. He has also starred in a feature film that was shown on Film Four called Wild West (1992). Ameet then went on toact in hit comedy show League of Gentlemen and cinema hit Bend It Like Beckham (2002). Heis currently a member of an Asian family on the popular soap, EastEnders (1985).
