The upcoming Malayalam film Vishak Nair starrer 'Exit' promises a distinctive cinematic experience, breaking new ground as the first-ever foxy action survival film in Malayalam.

What sets it apart is the absence of dialogue, allowing the character’s animalistic demeanor to speak louder than words. This experimental film takes viewers on a roller-coaster ride through the course of a single night, unfolding a gripping narrative set in the ’90s. While the primary release is in Malayalam, the film will also reach Tamil audiences, adding to its regional appeal.

Anish Janardhanan, making his debut as a screenwriter, weaves a tale that revolves around four young individuals finding themselves trapped in a bungalow nestled in a hilly village. The plot promises suspense, thrills, and a touch of the extraordinary.

Joining Vishak Nair in this cinematic adventure are notable talents like Tamil actor Sriram, Vishakh Vijayan, Ashlyn Joseph, Shreyas (a promising newcomer), Harish Peradi, Ivala Babu, and Reneesha Rahman. Sreeram, a National Award winner for the Tamil film Pasanga, adds to the stellar cast, bringing his acclaimed talent to the Malayalam screen.

‘Exit’ was scheduled to be released in cinemas on February 2, Friday; however, the film is now rescheduled. The makers announced that the film has been postponed due to its sensitive content. The new release date has yet to be announced. 'Exit' is directed by Shaheen. Vishak Nair shared a note that reads, “Sensitive content got us hitting the brakes.

"Exit" revolves around Rawther Bungalow, a ruined manor where the character played by Nair is chained. The movie is described as an ambitious project for Vishak Nair, known for his role in "Anandam." Nair mentioned earlier that "Exit" has been almost two years in the making and is a film that allowed him to play a unique character. The actor expressed excitement about the film and announced that "Exit" will be coming to theaters soon.
