Telusu Kada Storyline: Varun (Siddhu Jonnalagadda), an orphan who craves emotional stability, believes marriage will give him the family he never had. When he meets Anjali (Raashii Khanna), he finally feels complete—until his past love, Raaga (Srinidhi Shetty), reappears, reigniting old wounds and turning love into a test of pride and vulnerability.

Review: Telusu Kada, directed by debutante Neeraja Kona, is a visually elegant and emotionally layered romantic drama that begins with great promise. The film examines how relationships are often shaped by ego, emotional baggage, and the fear of being hurt again. Neeraja’s storytelling is sensitive and mature, bringing a refreshing female perspective to the rom-com space.

Siddhu Jonnalagadda once again proves his versatility with a performance that oscillates effortlessly between charm and insecurity. He captures Varun’s longing for belonging with quiet intensity. Raashii Khanna delivers one of her most measured performances as Anjali — wise, compassionate, and real. Srinidhi Shetty brings a spark of unpredictability as Raaga, embodying emotional turmoil with conviction. Harsha Chemudu adds gentle humour, balancing the film’s emotional gravity.

The film’s first half shines with its breezy pace, witty writing, and relatable emotional beats. Thaman S’s music complements the tone perfectly, and Gnana Shekar VS’s cinematography makes every frame glow with warmth and texture. The design and aesthetics — from homes to costumes — reflect Neeraja’s meticulous attention to detail.

However, as the story unfolds, Telusu Kada begins to lose its footing. The second half, while emotionally charged, becomes uneven in pacing. Certain dramatic turns feel contrived, and the screenplay leans on predictability rather than insight. Navin Nooli’s editing remains tight, though trimming a few overindulgent moments could have elevated the flow.

Despite these shortcomings, Telusu Kada deserves praise for its sincerity. It’s not just a love story but a reflection on how emotional wounds shape who we become in relationships.

Verdict:Beautifully crafted and emotionally genuine, Telusu Kada may stumble in its rhythm but remains a heartfelt exploration of modern love’s imperfections.
