Plot:

The story begins in the bustling docks, where Dayalan (Soubin Shahir) enforces Simon’s (Nagarjuna) smuggling empire with an iron hand. When Rajasekhar (Sathyaraj) dies mysteriously, his daughter Preethi (Shruti Haasan) is left shattered. Deva (Rajinikanth), Rajasekhar’s long-time friend, steps in to uncover the truth—pulling him into a world of betrayals, gang wars, and long-suppressed secrets. The narrative expands with cameos from Aamir Khan and Upendra, adding more star presence to the mix.

Rajinikanth, at 74, remains the heartbeat of the film. His screen presence, timing, and effortless swag remind audiences why he is still the Superstar. Shruti Haasan adds surprising emotional depth, while Soubin is menacing as the dockside enforcer. Nagarjuna brings style and menace as Simon, though his arc could have used more bite.
