Samyuktha Joins Vijay Sethupathi–Puri Jagannadh’s Pan-India Film as Female Lead

Adding more firepower to an already star-studded lineup, actress Samyuktha has officially signed on as the female lead in Puri Jagannadh’s upcoming pan-India film starring Vijay Sethupathi. The yet-to-be-titled film, currently referred to as #PuriSethupathi, is already generating immense buzz for its unique concept and high-profile casting.

According to a Telugu Cinema report, Samyuktha is quite enthusiastic about her role. Sources close to the production reveal that she was drawn to the film by its gripping narrative and her strong character arc. Known for her performances in ‘Akhanda 2’ and ‘Swayambhu’, the actress is expected to bring both intensity and elegance to the screen.

Meanwhile, the film is rumored to explore a gritty and intense subject. With working titles like ‘Bhavati Bhiksham Dehi’ and ‘Beggar’ being considered, speculation is rife that Vijay Sethupathi could be portraying a beggar, hinting at a socially charged narrative.

The ensemble cast only gets stronger with the inclusion of Tabu, who reportedly plays a key role, and Kannada star Duniya Vijay Kumar, adding more pan-Indian appeal to the project.

The production team has completed an extensive location recce across Hyderabad and Chennai, locking in prime spots for key sequences. With all major preparations in place, principal photography is expected to commence in the last week of June.
