Samantha’s Maa Inti Bangaram Postponed to June Amid IPL Season

Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s much-awaited Telugu film Maa Inti Bangaram has officially been postponed. Directed by Nandini Reddy, the film marks Samantha’s return to Telugu cinema in a lead role and also sees her backing the project under her production banner, Tralala Moving Pictures. Raj Nidimoru and Himank Duvvuru are co-producing the film.

Originally slated for release on May 15, the film will now arrive in theatres worldwide on June 19. In an official statement, the makers clarified that the postponement was made to avoid competition with the ongoing IPL season.

Despite the delay, promotions for the film are already in full swing. The song ‘Thassadiya’ has emerged as a chartbuster, with Samantha’s energetic dance moves gaining massive traction on social media through reels and fan edits.

The actress has also been actively participating in promotional interviews, including a light-hearted interaction with Vennela Kishore. One of the major highlights surrounding the film is Samantha performing action sequences without the help of a body double for the first time.

The teaser and trailer have generated positive buzz, hinting at a film that combines action-packed moments with strong family emotions. With anticipation steadily growing, Maa Inti Bangaram is shaping up to be one of Samantha’s notable releases in recent years.
