With excitement building for the re-release of Baahubali: The Epic, Rana Daggubati brought Bhallaladeva back to life—online. When the official Baahubali handle on X (formerly Twitter) asked, “What if Kattappa didn’t kill Baahubali?”, Rana gave a savage in-character response: “I would have killed him instead.”

The reply instantly lit up social media, reminding fans of his fierce portrayal of Bhallaladeva. While some playfully teased him—“Lol, you couldn’t even kill Kalkeya, Amarendra Baahubali did”—others celebrated the epic callback. Set to hit theatres on October 31, 2025, Baahubali: The Epic will combine The Beginning and The Conclusion into a seamless 3-hour-50-minute epic.
