Ram Charan’s Peddi Nears Finish Line, Shoot to Wrap in Six Days

Putting an end to ongoing speculation, the makers of Peddi have confirmed that the shoot of Ram Charan and director Buchi Babu Sana’s ambitious project will be completed in just six days. Celebrating the milestone, the duo shared a cheerful selfie from the film’s set.

The rural sports drama has been steadily gaining attention through its promotional content. The songs have resonated well with audiences, while glimpses of the film have revealed two contrasting shades of Ram Charan’s character, sparking curiosity. A special birthday glimpse further heightened expectations, hinting at a blend of intensity and scale.

Directed by Buchi Babu Sana, Peddi is being produced by Venkata Satish Kilaru under Vriddhi Cinemas, with Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings presenting the film. The team confirmed that the final leg of shooting will conclude within the next six days, while post-production work is progressing simultaneously to ensure a smooth release.

The makers have indicated that the film is on track for a theatrical release in June. Adding to the excitement, new on-location stills showcase a lively atmosphere on set, with Ram Charan and the director sharing relaxed moments, reflecting the positive energy around the project.

Ram Charan’s look in the film has also caught attention — a rugged yet stylish avatar featuring long hair, a thick beard, and sunglasses, enhancing the earthy intensity of his character.

The film stars Janhvi Kapoor as the female lead, alongside a strong supporting cast including Shiva Rajkumar, Jagapathi Babu, Divyenndu, and Boman Irani.
