Power Peta Announced: Sundeep Kishan Teams Up with Krishna Chaitanya

Sundeep Kishan has announced his next project Power Peta, marking his 16 years in the film industry. The film will be directed by Krishna Chaitanya, known for films like Rowdy Fellow, Chal Mohan Ranga and Gangs of Godavari.

The project is backed by Vijay Chilla and Shashi Devireddy under 70MM Entertainments, a banner known for films like Anando Brahma and Sridevi Soda Center.

The announcement poster has already grabbed attention with its dark, symbolic imagery—a blood-soaked chessboard with broken pieces and a crushed rose—hinting at a story steeped in power struggles, politics, love, and sacrifice.

The film is expected to be a genre-blending narrative, with Sundeep Kishan reportedly undergoing a major transformation for what could be one of the most intense roles of his career.

On the technical side, the film brings together experienced talent, including music by Mani Sharma and cinematography by Madhie.
