‘Mareechika’ Trailer Promises an Emotional Thriller Packed with Mystery and Twists

The trailer of Mareechika has been unveiled, offering a gripping preview of a thriller that combines emotional drama with suspenseful storytelling. Starring Anupama Parameswaran, Regina Cassandra, and Viraj Ashwin in lead roles, the film appears to balance romance, mystery, and psychological tension.

Directed by National Award-winning filmmaker Satish Kasetty, the film marks another intriguing concept-driven project from the acclaimed director. Produced by Rajiv Chilaka and Meghhaa Chilakka under the Chilaka Productions banner, Mareechika is set for a theatrical release on May 29.

The trailer begins on an emotional and mysterious note with Anupama playing Venkata Laxmi, a village girl who claims that Sanju, portrayed by Viraj Ashwin, has been murdered. Regina Cassandra enters the story as Mareechika, a woman who returns from the US and becomes part of Sanju’s life through Venkata Laxmi herself, creating the foundation for emotional conflict and suspicion.

As the narrative progresses, relationships become increasingly complicated, with jealousy, heartbreak, and betrayal slowly surfacing.
