Keerthy Suresh’s Satirical Comedy ‘Uppu Kappurambu’ to Stream on Prime Video from July 4

Keerthy Suresh is back with a bang, this time in a refreshing satire-comedy titled Uppu Kappurambu. Directed by Ani I.V. Sasi, the film is set to release exclusively on Prime Video on July 4, offering a uniquely humorous and thought-provoking experience for OTT audiences.

Set in the fictional 1990s village of Chitti Jayapuram, the film explores a bizarre but hilarious crisis—the local burial ground runs out of space. With its blend of absurdist humor and deep-rooted social issues, Uppu Kappurambu promises to entertain while making viewers reflect on larger societal quirks.

Prime Video unveiled the film’s poster on Instagram with the caption:
