Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas and Anupama Parameswaran’s much-anticipated horror-thriller Kishkindhapuri, written and directed by Koushik Pegallapati, will release worldwide on September 12, 2025. Produced by Sahu Garapati under the Shine Screens banner and presented by Archana, the film is set in a uniquely crafted world blending mystery, suspense, and supernatural terror.
The first glimpse, unveiled in April, set an ominous tone—showing the lead pair entering a haunted house, unwittingly inviting malevolent forces. With chilling whispers and eerie visuals, the teaser closed on a haunting note with Bellamkonda declaring, “Aham Mrityu” (“I am death”), his eyes turning ghostly pale.
Technically, the film boasts striking cinematography by Chinmay Salaskar, an unsettling score by Sam CS, and meticulous production design by Manisha A Dutt. The creative team also includes art director D Siva Kamesh, editor Niranjan Devaramane, creative head G Kanishka, co-writer Darahas Palakollu, and script associate K. Bala Ganesh. With its atmospheric build-up and strong world-building, Kishkindhapuri has already generated high expectations ahead of its theatrical debut.
