Rajinikanth refuses to dub PETTA into Kannada

The hopes of Rajinikanth speaking in Kannada in a film after 38 long years will remain a dream! Rajinikanth last acted in Kannada film in 1981.

His latest film PETTA was to be dubbed in Kannada. However, in a recent meeting with the producers and Rajini over the weekend, Rajini himself has refused to dub PETTA into Kannada!

The KFI was opposed to dubbing for decades and only recently has stopped its public postering after being imposed fines by the Competition Commission Of India.

Rajinikanth is also planning his political launch and now by dubbing Petta into Kannada, he does not want to create any unwanted controversy during the final stage of his film career.
