Dude Trailer out: Pradeep Ranganathan’s Dude Promises Fun, Emotion, and Action This Diwali

Actor-filmmaker Pradeep Ranganathan is ready to charm audiences once again with his upcoming film ‘Dude’, slated for a grand Diwali release on October 17, 2025. The romantic action comedy marks the directorial debut of Keerthiswaran and features Mamitha Baiju as the female lead.

The makers have been promoting the film extensively, with Pradeep recently touring several colleges in Tirupati to engage with fans. Staying true to their promise, the team has now dropped the theatrical trailer, offering a glimpse into a story packed with romance, humor, emotions, and action.

Pradeep plays yet another eccentric character, delivering laughs with his trademark comic timing and sharing strong on-screen chemistry with Mamitha Baiju. The trailer hints at a bittersweet romance, the female lead initially falls for the protagonist, but a breakup shifts the dynamics between them. 

Neha Shetty appears in a pivotal role, while the rest of the cast includes R. Sarath Kumar, Hridhu Haroon, Rohini, and Aishwarya Sharma. Backed by Mythri Movie Makers’ Naveen Yerneni and Ravi Shankar, the film features music by Sai Abhyankkar.

While the trailer keeps the plot largely under wraps, Keerthiswaran promises a balanced mix of fun and emotion in his debut outing. After back-to-back hits like Love Today and Dragon, fans are eager to see if Pradeep Ranganathan can deliver yet another crowd-pleaser with Dude.
