Vinayan's 'Akashaganga 2' Started Rolling.

The director has started the shooting of the film’s sequel, Akashaganga 2 at Olapamanna mana in Vellinezhi. Sreenath Bhasi, Ramya Krishnan, Vishnu Vinay, Vishu Govind, Salim Kumar, Praveena, Dharmajan, Rajamani, Hareesh Kanaran and Arathi include the main cast. Prakash Kutty is the cinematographer and Bijibal is the music director. Vinayan had directed Chalakkudikkaran Changathi, inspired from Kalabhavan Mani’s life, which was a success. It has already been well publicised that veteran actor Ramya Krishnan will be playing the central character in Akasha Ganga 2. On roping her in, the director pointed out, “Her character’s name is Dr Soumini Devi. She is someone who worships negative energy. Her character also has an interesting connection with the original story. She will join the shoot by May 10, and we plan to wrap up her work in 10 days.” Apparently, she plays a US-returned doctorate holder who practises black magic.
