The trailer of Vaazha 2 - Biopic of Billion Bros has been released, promising a fun-filled yet emotional ride that blends humour with nostalgia. Directed by Savin SA and written by Vipin Das, the film serves as a sequel to Vaazha - Biopic of a Billion Boys.

The trailer follows the lives of a group of carefree youngsters navigating college life, friendships, and personal struggles. Staying true to the spirit of the first film, it captures the ‘vaazha’ mindset—a slang term for those who drift through life chasing fun—while also hinting at deeper emotional arcs.

One of the standout elements is the film’s playful homage to Premam, starring Nivin Pauly. Actor-director Alphonse Puthren appears in a cop role, even delivering a dialogue defending Premam, adding a meta and nostalgic touch to the narrative.

The film brings back key actors including Hashir, Ajin Joy, Vinayak and Alan Bin Siraj, while also featuring Biju Kuttan, Sudheesh and Vijay Babu alongside several popular content creators.

Technically, the film has cinematography by Akhil Lailasuran, editing by Kannan Mohan, music supervision by Ankit Menon and background score by A Team, with multiple composers contributing to its soundtrack.

Produced by Vipin Das along with Harris Desom, Sahu Garapati, P.B Anish, Adarsh Narayan and Icon Studios, Vaazha 2 is set for a worldwide theatrical release on April 2.

With its mix of comedy, nostalgia, and heartfelt moments, the sequel aims to strike a chord with youth audiences while building on the charm of its predecessor.
