Neeraj Madhav–Althaf Salim’s Sci-Fi Comedy Pluto Wraps Up Shooting

The shooting of Pluto, starring Neeraj Madhav and Althaf Salim, has been officially wrapped. The film is written and directed by Adithyan Chandrashekar, who made his directorial debut with Enkilum Chandrike.

Billed as a science fiction comedy, Pluto also features Aju Varghese and Mukundan Unni Associates fame Arsha Chandini Baiju in key roles. The ensemble cast further includes Dinesh Prabhakar, Subin SB, Vineeth Thattil David, among others.

When the project was announced in April, the makers released a short glimpse introducing the lead characters, with Althaf Salim revealed to be playing an alien—adding intrigue to the film’s quirky premise.

On the technical front, Pluto has cinematography by Vishnu Sarma, editing by Sanath Sivaraj, and music composed by Ashwin Aryan and Arcado. The film is produced by Reju Kumar and Resmi Reju under the Orchid Films International banner, with Jayakrishnan RK serving as executive producer.

Neeraj Madhav was last seen in the JioHotstar web series Love Under Construction, while Althaf Salim’s previous release was Innocent. Meanwhile, Adithyan Chandrashekar is gearing up for his next ambitious project, Multiverse Manmadhan, starring Nivin Pauly and backed by Pauly Jr Pictures.
