Yash’s Toxic Release Rescheduled After Strong CinemaCon Response; New Date Soon

The makers of Toxic: A Fairytale For Grown-Ups have officially announced that the film’s release has been rescheduled. Starring Yash in the lead role, the film was earlier set to release worldwide on June 4, 2026, but will now arrive in theatres on a new date that will be revealed soon.

Production houses KVN Productions and Monster Mind Creations confirmed that the decision was taken after the film’s presentation at CinemaCon received a highly positive response from global distributors and industry stakeholders.

According to the makers, the strong reception has opened up opportunities for a significantly wider international release. This has prompted the team to revisit and realign their release strategy to maximize the film’s global reach.

Toxic marks Yash’s next major release after the blockbuster success of K.G.F: Chapter 2 and is one of the most anticipated projects in Indian cinema.

The film also features Kiara Advani, Nayanthara, Huma Qureshi, Rukmini Vasanth, and Tara Sutaria in pivotal roles.

Written by Yash and Geetu Mohandas, and directed by Geetu Mohandas, the film has been shot simultaneously in Kannada and English. It will also release in dubbed versions across Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and multiple other languages.

The project is produced by Venkat K Narayana and Yash, and expectations remain high as fans await the announcement of the new release date.
