Upendra’s Bhargava Begins: Action Entertainer with a Power-Packed Cast

Bhargava, the much-anticipated action entertainer bringing together Real Star Upendra and director Naganna, officially commenced its journey with a simple muhurath ceremony held on Friday. Produced by KP Surrappa Babu, the film is scheduled to go on floors on June 23.

Upendra, who is currently busy with major projects including Coolie and multiple Telugu films, is set to join the sets of Bhargava soon. The film pairs him for the first time with Ankita Amar, who plays the female lead and brings a fresh dynamic to the screen.

A key highlight of the film is the casting of actor Arpit Ranka as the main antagonist. Known for his impactful roles across languages and currently seen in the fantasy drama Kannappa, Ranka will be locking horns with Upendra in what will be his first full-fledged negative role in a Kannada film. He previously made a brief appearance in Ajith starring Chiranjeevi Sarja.

Bhargava also features a strong technical team, with music by Arjun Janya and cinematography by Rajaratnam. Veteran actors Rangayana Raghu and Avinash are part of the ensemble, adding gravitas to this high-voltage entertainer.
