‘Su From So’ Trailer Out: Raj B Shetty Presents a Quirky Rural Horror-Comedy

The trailer of Su From So, a rural horror-comedy directed by JP Thuminad and presented by Raj B Shetty, was unveiled on July 15 and is already winning hearts for its refreshing blend of supernatural thrills and village humour. Set between Mangaluru and Udupi, the film captures the vibrant culture and lifestyle of coastal Karnataka with a twist—chaos erupts when a ghost named Sulochana from Someshwar appears.

JP Thuminad not only directs but also stars in the film, narrating the story from his character’s perspective. The trailer showcases a peaceful village filled with tradition, food, and friendly banter, which is soon disrupted by eerie happenings. Backed by Raj B Shetty’s banner, the film features Shaneel Gautham, Sandhya Arakere, Deepak Rai Panaje, and Mime Ramdas—regulars from the Shetty-Rakshit-Rishab creative circle.

Adding to the charm is Sumedh K’s music, particularly the viral “Danks Anthem.” Slated for a July 25 release, Su From So promises a unique cinematic experience packed with comedy, culture, and ghostly surprises.
