Ramesh Aravind as a crime investigating officer in ‘Shivaji Surthakal’

Veteran Kannada actor Ramesh Aravind will be playing a crime investigating officer in his upcoming movie Shivaji Surathkal – The Case of Ranagiri Rahasya.

The actor will be sporting a beard look in the film for the first time in his career.

As per the reports, the film has been progressing well, with the shooting happening in different locations in Madikeri and Bengaluru. About 80% of the shooting has been completed.

The shooting for the film is on, the filmmakers are completing the editing process simultaneously. Bankrolled under the banner Anjanadri Cine Creations, the film is likely to hit the marquee later this year.

Radhika Chetan plays the lead opposite Ramesh and will be seen as an advocate. Aarohi Narayan and Raghavendra Govinda will be seen in supporting roles. Abhijith has penned the story in association Akash. Music for the film is scored by Judah Sandhy with the camerawork handled by MG Guruprasad.
