Hombale Films Announces 'Mahavatar Parashurama' After 'Mahavatar Narasimha'

After delivering big-budget hits like 'Raajakumara', 'KGF', 'Kantara', and 'Salaar', Hombale Films had also found success last year with its animated venture 'Mahavatar Narasimha'. Now, the production house is gearing up for another similar attempt.

The studio has officially revealed the first poster and motion poster of its upcoming animated film 'Mahavatar Parashurama' on social media. The announcement was made on the occasion of Parashurama Jayanti, marking the significance of the character.

Along with the poster, the makers stated that more glimpses from the 'Mahavatar' universe will be unveiled in the coming days. They confirmed that 'Mahavatar Parashurama' is slated for release in December 2027.

Sharing the theme, the team noted that Parashurama is not a ruler but a force against injustice—an embodiment that rises whenever righteousness fades. The film will once again be directed by Ashwin Kumar, who helmed 'Mahavatar Narasimha'.
