Everyone Wants This: Multilingual Love Song ‘Different Waves Same Ocean’ Released

Bengaluru-based entrepreneur Nahesh Pol is stepping into cinema with Everyone Wants This, aiming to deliver a distinctive and engaging theatrical experience. Backed by his banner Radical Concepts Studios, Nahesh takes on multiple responsibilities, including production, direction, music composition and playing the lead role.

As part of the film’s first promotional phase, the team unveiled a 3.43-minute love track titled Different Waves Same Ocean. The song stands out for its multilingual lyrics, weaving together Kannada, English, Hindi, Telugu and Tamil — symbolising unity across cultures. The visuals feature the lead pair in costumes inspired by different Indian states and linguistic identities, adding a colourful and thematic layer to the romantic number.

Akshara Suresh plays the female lead and has also written the story, besides serving as the film’s creative director. She revealed that the project will feature six songs in total. The film, with a runtime of around 90 minutes, revolves around a diamond robbery driven by greed and the chain of consequences that unfold, blending comedy with thriller elements.

On the technical front, Sagarmurthy handles cinematography and choreography, K Balasubramanyam serves as executive producer, Deepika Machmond is the art director, and Sridhar Veer designs the costumes.

Nahesh Pol also shared that the team plans to produce three films in 2026. With a concept of “entertainment everywhere,” the makers aim to screen films at affordable prices using portable projection setups and headphones, offering audiences an accessible viewing experience. More details about the remaining cast are expected to be announced soon.
