Doora Theera Yaana: Mansore’s Romantic Tale Set to Release on July 11, 2025

Renowned Kannada filmmaker Mansore, celebrated for his socially resonant films like Harivu, Nathicharami, Act 1978, and 19.20.21, is now exploring uncharted territory. His upcoming film, Doora Theera Yaana, marks a departure from his usual themes, presenting a deeply personal romantic story that is set to hit theatres on July 11, 2025. The film stars Vijay Krishna, making his debut as a leading man, alongside Priyanka Kumar.

Ahead of the film’s release, the makers unveiled its title track—a soulful number that mirrors the emotional arc of the central characters, both of whom are tech professionals and passionate musicians. The music is composed by Ronada Bakkesh and Karthik Chennoji Rao, with Bakkesh and Eesha Suchi lending their voices to the song.

At the song launch event on June 10, an emotional Vijay Krishna spoke about the dedication and creative energy that flowed through the film’s sets. He extended special thanks to Bakkesh for his “fantastic” musical contribution. Bakkesh, in turn, revealed that multiple versions of the track were composed before Mansore approved the final one, reflecting the filmmaker's meticulous approach to sound. He credited Mansore’s involvement in shaping the film’s music and said the director deserves just as much recognition for its musical depth.

Doora Theera Yaana features a total of eight songs, with the soundtrack taking nearly a year to complete. The title track has already struck a chord with audiences, setting the stage for what promises to be a heartfelt and musically rich cinematic experience.
