Padman, starring Akshay Kumar promotes the use of cost friendly sanitary pads in rural areas for women. The story of Padman is elaborated from Twinkle's famous book, 'The Legend of Lakshmi Prasad'. Mozez Singh brings the natural phenomenon of the menstrual cycle to the world of men who experienced this. Mozez succeeded in bringing men into the picture and makes them realise the stigma's that go on through the heads of women. Mozez also promotes the proper use and disposal of sanitary pads. Hygiene for this element of human nature is to be given priority.
What would the world be like if men and boys had periods? Watch this film by @MozezSingh that highlights unequal power relations and challenges all norms. #NoMoreLimits @dasra
