‘Roop Di Rani’ Sets the Dance Floor Alive in Pati Patni Aur Woh Do

The makers of Pati Patni Aur Woh Do have kickstarted promotions with the release of their first single, ‘Roop Di Rani.’ Headlined by Ayushmann Khurrana, Sara Ali Khan, Wamiqa Gabbi, and Rakul Preet Singh, the film is directed by Mudassar Aziz.

‘Roop Di Rani’ is a vibrant reimagining of a classic track originally written by Indeevar and composed by Rajesh Roshan. The new version blends nostalgia with a modern touch, featuring energetic vocals by Guru Randhawa and Heer. The remix, handled by Tanishk Bagchi, adds a contemporary groove while retaining its Punjabi essence.

The music video matches the song’s upbeat vibe, showcasing all four lead actors in a lively, celebratory setting. With choreography by Bosco-Martis, the visuals are packed with energy and vibrant dance moves.

Apart from directing, Mudassar Aziz has also written the story and dialogues, co-writing the screenplay with Ravi Kumar. Produced by Bhushan Kumar, Renu Ravi Chopra, and Krishan Kumar, the film features cinematography by Jishnu Bhattacharjee, editing by Ninad Khanolkar, and production design by Manini Mishra. The background score is composed by Ketan Sodha.

Set to release in theatres on May 15, the film marks Ayushmann Khurrana’s first collaboration with Sara Ali Khan and Wamiqa Gabbi, adding to the excitement surrounding this comedy entertainer.
