The much-anticipated trailer of Kesari Chapter 2 has been unveiled, offering a powerful glimpse into the untold aftermath of the Jallianwala Bagh massacre. Starring Akshay Kumar, R Madhavan, and Ananya Panday, the film, produced by Dharma Productions, Cape of Good Films, and Leo Media Collective, is set to release on April 18, 2025.

Directed by Karan Singh Tyagi, Kesari Chapter 2 is based on The Case That Shook the Empire by Raghu Palat and Pushpa Palat. The film follows the legal battle led by Sir C Sankaran Nair (played by Akshay Kumar), a fearless lawyer who challenged the British Raj in the 1920s. Opposing him in court R Madhavan’s character, a British sympathizer, making for an intense courtroom drama. Ananya Panday portrays a trailblazing female lawyer who defies societal norms to stand up for justice.
