European Union Film Festival 2025 to Celebrate 30 Years of Cinematic Exchange

European Union Film Festival 2025 marks a special milestone — 30 years of cinematic and cultural exchange between Europe and India!

Kicking off in New Delhi on October 31, the festival will screen 28 acclaimed films from all EU Member States and Ukraine till November 9, before travelling to Bengaluru and Hyderabad.

EU Ambassador Hervé Delphin said, “Films have always been a powerful unifier, and this festival celebrates 30 years of creativity, diversity, and dialogue between Europe and India.”

Curator Arthur Zaboriski added, “This year’s selection is bold, emotional, and deeply human — a tribute to resilience, imagination, and the beauty of storytelling.”

Highlights include The Missile (Finland), Dying (Germany), Matters of the Heart (Denmark), and Happy (Austria).

EUFF2025 is more than a film festival — it’s a celebration of cinema’s power to connect cultures across borders.
