The Cocktail 2 trailer teases romance, friendship and chaos as Shahid Kapoor gets caught between Rashmika Mandanna and Kriti Sanon.

The makers of Cocktail 2 have unveiled the film’s official trailer, offering a glimpse into a vibrant tale of love, friendship and emotional confusion. Directed by Homi Adajania, the film serves as a spiritual successor to the 2012 hit Cocktail.

The trailer introduces Kunal, played by Shahid Kapoor, and his partner Diya, portrayed by Rashmika Mandanna. Their lives take an unexpected turn during a vacation when they meet the lively and carefree Ally, played by Kriti Sanon. What begins as an easy friendship soon evolves into a complicated love triangle, leading to emotional turmoil, misunderstandings and plenty of chaos.

Sharing his thoughts on the film, Shahid described Cocktail 2 as a complete summer entertainer packed with humour, romance, emotion and heart. Kriti noted that the film balances stylish visuals with relatable and contemporary relationships, while Rashmika highlighted its blend of love, friendship and self-discovery.

Ahead of the trailer launch, the makers had already released three songs from the film — Jab Talak, Mashooqa and Tujhko — which helped build anticipation among audiences.

Produced by Dinesh Vijan, Luv Ranjan and Ankur Garg, the screenplay has been co-written by Luv Ranjan and Tarun Jain. The technical crew includes cinematographer Santhana Krishnan Ravichandran and costume designer Anaita Shroff Adajania.

Cocktail 2 is set to release in theatres on June 19.
