'Avatara Purusha 2' gets a release date

Suni, known for his recent release "Ondu Sarala Prema Kathe," which completed 25 days in theaters, is now gearing up for the highly anticipated sequel, "Avatara Purusha."
The original film, a blend of comedy and drama centered around the theme of black magic, featured Sharan, Ashika Ranganath, and Srinagar Kitty, and was released back in May 2022. Now, after a hiatus of over a year and a half, its sequel, "Avatara Purusha - Trishankupayanam," is set to hit theaters on March 22.
The announcement of the release date was made recently by the film's makers, generating excitement among fans. Producer Pushkara Mallikarjunaiah assures that the sequel will live up to the expectations generated by the original film, stating, "Whatever expectations you had will be satisfied in part 2." He further justifies the gap between the two films, likening it to other successful franchises like "Baahubali" and "KGF," which also had significant intervals between releases.
The cast of the "Avatara Purusha" sequel includes stalwarts like Saikumar, Vijay Chendur, Sudharani, Bhavya, Ayyappa P Sharma, and others in pivotal roles. Arjun Janya has composed the music for the film, while William David handles the cinematography, promising an engaging cinematic experience for the audience.
