Renowned Malayalam writer SN Swamy is making his directorial debut with the film Secret, featuring Dhyan Sreenivasan in the lead role.
The psychological mystery drama is set to be released on July 26, and anticipation is high. A striking poster has been released, showcasing the half-faces of Dhyan Sreenivasan and director-actor Ranjith, hinting at the suspenseful and intriguing nature of the film.
In an exclusive interview with ETimes, actor Kalesh Ramanand, who plays a significant role as psychologist Moorthy, shared insights into the plot. “I am playing Moorthy, Dhyan Sreenivasan’s close friend, in the film,” Kalesh revealed. “Dhyan, Aparna Das, Gregory, and I form a close-knit friendship circle. My character is a psychologist. The story unfolds when our gang attends my character’s wedding, and a subsequent trip triggers a personal crisis for Dhyan’s character, Mithun.”
Kalesh also emphasized the depth and complexity of the film’s subject matter, noting, “As the movie deals with such a complex subject, SN Swamy sir decided to take on the director’s role for the film.”
