Dulquer Salmaan’s Lucky Baskhar Gets New Release Date

Dulquer Salmaan took to Instagram on Monday to announce the worldwide release date of his upcoming film Lucky Baskhar, slated for September 7. The film will hit screens in Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil, and Hindi languages.
In his post, Dulquer expressed excitement, inviting fans to join Lucky Baskhar on his unforgettable journey on the big screen.

The accompanying poster showcases Dulquer in a casual yet stylish ensemble—a light green, patterned button-up shirt paired with dark trousers, sleeves rolled up to the elbows.
Directed by Venky Atluri, Lucky Baskhar unfolds the tale of a bank cashier against the backdrop of the late 1980s to early 1990s. The film's teaser, released in April, introduces Baskhar, a middle-aged banker at Magadha Bank, whose mundane life takes a dramatic turn upon discovering a significant sum of money. Meenakshi Chaudhury co-stars as his love interest in the narrative.
Previously seen in the 2023 Malayalam film King of Kotha, Dulquer also made a cameo appearance in the sci-fi movie Kalki 2898 AD, alongside Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, Kamal Haasan, and Disha Patani.
